No, that rule of thumb applies to Celeb pics and to some extent Model pics. If videos don't comply with the rules trash them. As far as the Model Forum goes, I don't give it much thought beyond what is posted in Forum Issues. River, Tai, S and Flip post in there every single day in some capacity and pretty much know exactly what's going on. If something is amiss they'll catch it immediately.

Aside from reposts or duplicate posts, most all questionable stuff (collections, improperly named threads, oddball stuff with no rhyme or reason) that show up in Celebs can be moved to Bits & Pieces.
