I heard rumors that she had turned 18 not long before taking the pics and the timing was just opportune to say she was still underage. Pretty crafty if true.

 

What I believe is of no consequence. Without any direct evidence either way, we prefer to err on the safe side. Our 18+ policy is just a policy. We aren't afraid of legal ramifications or any such nonsense. We don't promote child porn, obviously, so were not all that concerned if a pair of teen tits shows up now and then in our Amateur model forum. With young celebs we can generally get a decent idea of their age when images appear. When in doubt, we toss 'em out.

 

All those shots that came out a couple years ago had all the metadata still on them, and yes they were taken before her 18th birthday.

 

goodie, who cares? all you would have to do is look at the pictures, right click to get the timestamp when she took them, then look at her birthday and figure that out, lets say she was born in 1997, fappening was in 2014, she would be 17. Yeah, but my question was more so about your personal opinion, and not as a rule/policy of the site.

Like I stated, I think it was brilliant if it's NOT true, because sites have no choice (if they aren't insane) but to toss them out.

I don't know why I keep them. I saved them originally because some of the content would get deleted and I would reupload it. But after that I never looked at any of it. Almost everything I have on file falls into that category: Saved and forgotten. lol
