Like most amateur requests, most are just too small & compressed, out of focus, wrong clothing, or poor lighting. If your pics are coming from an online social networking site like FaceBook or MySpace, they have little chance of success. Sorry, nothing reliable there to get.

I don't think I have the .psd from the tutorial anymore, but the stills if they are still up should get the point across. There's the X-ray University thread I started (but never had time to finish) too.
