    Yo Dudes,

    Changed my username to Captain Chicago out of civic pride.

    This signature falls within the parameter established, recommended and enfourced by Phun.org, Forum.Phun.Org and its affiliates and subsidiaries. In reducing it's size, this member has dodged a bullet and otherwise avoided having his wrist slapped for a second time while exercising member rights while posting, interacting and, generally, having Phun.

    Only had one a couple years ago... I wasn't overly impressed... Bob's Big Boy or Red Robin do it just as good and cheaper ino.

    None of those are near me, I have had Red Robin though, was pretty good, I usually go for the small local diners though, they can be hit or miss, but when they hit they're fantastic

    Bar local to me does FANTASTIC burgers... best I ever had. 10oz. done medium with carmelized onions and applewood smoked bacon. Honey mustard on it and you're good to go. They grind their own meat fresh too, owner told me he keeps it about 85/15 lean to fat.

    That sounds excellent, I hate it when I get a burger and its great, but they use cheap bacon, ruins the whole thing. But my favorite burger is the one I cook myself
