    Hmm. They are starting shooting on the kickstarted Veronica Mars movie next week. Wonder if the script has her as post-pregnancy too. If not, they might want to wait a few months.

    The biggest concern for me would be her face, which got a bit puffy with her pregnancy. This is a natural thing but unless she's fully back to normal it's going to be very noticeable in the movie as scenes progress and she sheds it. As to her body, ready or not, they'll truss her up in something tight and form giving, like her dress at the recent country music thing she attended, and she'll look fine. My guess is they'll shoot around her for as long as possible to give her a few more recovery days.

    PS- they start production next week. That doesn't necessarily mean they start filming. They don't even have a complete cast yet.

    Hmm. Are you sure? I'm a backer of the movie, and this was Rob's last update:

    Now, obviously, they could backload Kristen's scenes, but I kind of suspect she'll be in the majority of scenes of the movie, so that would seem difficult to do.

    Agreed. I will say though that, with the show taking place in southern california, she tended to be in short sleeves a lot, so puffy arms might also be a problem. I'm sure they will figure it out though!

    Hah, figures I would miss that. Was that from last night's update? I kinda skimmed it.

    Anyway, she looks great, and she'll look great in the film. Keep in mind that Veronica Mars first aired nine years ago, so she isn't going to look the same as she did in the show anyway.

    True... but, before she got pregnant, she looked a lot closer to what she did in the show, and, I'm willing to be that, given a couple months of prep time, she'd be able to get back to that same look. Just seems like unfortunate timing to start filming so soon after her baby. :)

    Anyway, as long as the movie is good, I don't care all that much! :)
