That would be a default windows theme, with the quick launch toolbar "pulled" out from the taskbar and a winamp skin.

Are you sure? Look at the task bar. That's not an original xp theme.
Loog at the start button and the whole task bar.

Press print screen. go to paint. left click and paste. Then go to file save as "jpeg" then you have yourself a pic. Then host it and post it on phun.
