    1; Compare her face to what it looked like earlier - no real structural change.
    2; Not been a long period where she has been out of the public eye - face surgery needs a long time to heal - face surgery on a face as young as her filled with dangers because her face is still forming.

    Surgery or no surgery, she is having facial augmentation as a minor and before her face has completely finished growing. Mom and Dad are just so convinced of her maturity that they allowed a little of this and a little of that, but really it's just the typical case of money over morality.
