hi. what´s up, Phunners?

there are several reasons for posting here on phun - site-promoting, missionary zeal, presenting fresh faces - but most of all entertaining members and visitors.
"success" is never granted, but ever thought about the fact that some expressed appreciation for the contributor´s work here might keep them encouraged to continue? the other way round - no replies might raise feelings like "what for" - do i really need to explain the worst-case scenario?

what keeps you off replying to threads you check?
enlighten me and all the others who also notice a decrease in "bantering", "interaction", replies, appreciation ...

 

maybe they want to stay anonymous afraid the MAN is gonna get em' if they just happen to reply to a thread. ;-)

2nd, im am fairly new to posting stuff, when i first joined i pretty much just leeched stuff lol but then i thought well if no one says anything why would people go to the trouble? so i thought i should start 1. saying thanks(it goes along way) 2. i thought i should start trying to share sum stuff! and i must say it isnt as easy as it first looks it takes some effort! and the people that say thanks probly realise this! the main thing that stops me is..so many posts not enough time to look at them all

2. I usually post a reply to what I viewed and liked/found hot, etc etc. - so I may view quite a # but only reply to what 'excites' me...lol. I dont have anything 'new' to add, ie start a new post, cos Im on a share computer, have limited 'porn' on it..and besides that - most of you have all the 'right' stuff which I couldnt beat...!

 

as more or less expected... no one of those being addressed replied...

As per your question, River. My real life has been full, not much time to post around and be the true spammy whore I am. Plus, the server here the last few times I tried to sign on, is S-L-O-W. Thanks button might help, but not with interaction.

Well I have to post to have a say for the casual surfer here. For the most part, I skim around and look at most of the new photo sets or videos, download some, but for the most part, just browse. I am sure most people here are like that. I am not sure why people always want some reply to their posts and if they don't get one, wonder if anyone liked it. All you have to do is look at how many people looked at the thread to see. Sure, responses are nice.

Also, look at another factor. Threads can get over 1000 views. What if everyone that looked at a thread commented on it, or even half! Bam, you have 50 or more pages of "Hey, just stopped by the thread, cool stuff." or "Beh, not for me". See my point?

there is a motivational part to this as well. As for myself, I like to know what people are interested in, and what they don't much care for. If all I get are "Views" that doesn't tell me much. What keeps the average poster interested in sharing their pics is the occasional THANK YOU, or GOOD JOB or something like that. I've posted thousands and thousands of sets......I hit on some, I loose on some, but I need the input from the members in order to see what ya'll like. Trust me, I have enough for everyone, and then some. I would make Larry Flynt blush with the amount of porn I have.

I stopped posting my Masuimi pics because people just stopped responding to the threads. I may have overposted her, I may have hit on someone that people just weren't interested in anymore......in any case, I don't know why...but why keep doing it on MY side if nobody shows any interest or wants more.
