    This segment seems strange but for leg-men it very intriguing. By using a ball and squeezing it with your legs you can manipulate the muscles in the calf, thereby forcing them to change their shape, just like massaging. It's just a different way to get the results.

    Interesting. Why would you waste your time writing that if what I'm posting in this thread, which you don't have to look at, isn't for you? I'm confused. Why not look and then move on? I certainly hope my "Non-Nude", "Non-Celebrity" thread didn't ruin your day in any way. If it did, my apologies. It was never meant to do such a thing.

    Hhhmmm, I wonder if I'm being hypocritical by answering this post. Maybe I should have just read it and moved on? Hhhhmmmm. Confused I am.
