    It's called decent genetics and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle, nothing truely unique especially in the entertainment industry. Many people maintain a good physique with eating well and exercising. I realize it's hard for most people to grasp this as their own lifestyles are so far away from that, that the first thing they think of it is it must be surgery. Hell over half of America is overweight.
