Never even considered this. Her film career is littered with nudity and an extreme soft core porn (Bully). Considering the actresses already doing nudity on this show, I'd be a little surprised if this were true.
I can't find anything official concerning this scene yet. It may be awhile since Miner isn't exactly a household name.
A couple celeb sites don't list this scene as a double. That doesn't always mean it isn't, but I somehow doubt Racheal Miner would be granted a double. It seems you get the job on this show by doing the scenes yourself.
