Every Sunday I have a bunch of friends over to the house, and we rotate who cooks every week. Tonight was chicken breasts stuffed with spinach, parmesan, romano, and asiagno cheese, tomato, basil, and butter. Battered in egg whites and bread crumbs and fried. Side salad and muffin-size cheesecakes with blackberries on them. I had Anchor Steam with the meal.

My lunch, a chicken pastrami sandwich with a Pepsi Max (do you have that in America?).

Got a juicy, thick porterhouse lined up for dinner.

Yeah, we do. That's the one with extra caffeine and stuff? I usually stick to standard Pepsi for drinking, or Coke for rum-ands.

Awesome. That's probably my favorite meal--a perfect steak (porterhouse, medium rare or rare), I suppose with garlic mashed potatos, a nice salad with a sesame-ginger dressing, and apple pie. But the rest is just extra, the steak sells it.

Nah, it's the one that's low-calorie and no sugar.

According to Wikipedia it's only recently been introduced in America, but it's been popular here for about a decade and i actually prefer it to normal Pepsi.

I'm having my missus' homemade garlic potatoes with it.
She cuts them up into squares, puts this garlic steak seasoning stuff on them, then she fries them in with the steak.

    Absolutely divine.

I had home made lasagna (it was de-fuckin'-lish) followed by an ice cream cone. That was at about 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
