    ive never made beef jerky, i should though, is it difficult?

    Slice a london broil thinly. Throw it in a bag. Mix together Honey, soy sauce, black pepper, worcestershire, liquid smoke, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour it in bag. Marinate it for a day. Take the meat out. Pat it dry. Throw in in a food dehydrator. Eat in a couple hours.

    You can do it in an oven but I've never tried that. It's the same thing but you put it on the lowest setting (warm) and crack the door open.

    hmm sounds interesting, may have to try the oven method once it starts getting cold since i dont have a dehydrator

    I only use it for jerky and pineapples.


    I made a fruit roll-up type thing once.
