    Default A Nature Lovers Thread....

So, yesterday I was sitting on my back porch grilling some chicken drinking a cold beer pretty much pissed about how things have been going at work lately. I peered over my shoulder and watched the sunset - somehow things came back in to perspective. I decided to go to the front yard and take pics as it vanished behind the mountain.......

I know J3Scribe and LittleInuk can build on this with their surroundings, lets see yours - not just random pics from the internet - pics from your own camera.

Thanks to CAI for the cool gif sig!

The best thing you can do when you're stressed out is to enjoy the nature, have a wide open view. I live close to sea adn that's where I get my things back into perspective, as you put it.

My brother took this pic last year in autum, the Baltic Sea at its best:

    a few late-winter-pics.

more or less all "snow" we had this winter over here.

gotta sort out some more recent pics.

and a cold after-work-beer (Franziskaner Wheat-Beer!) in summer is absolutely great

Beautiful trees Riv - those in your yard? I have 2 Bradford Pear trees in my front yard that offset the entrance to my house. These are not mine but they are almost exactly the same size - beautiful when in full bloom.

i´m a noob at digital-photography, still stuck to "old fashioned" prints/slides.

First of all - sorry to hear about your "family issues" best of luck with that.

Well, you definitely have a green thumb - those trees and flowers are beautiful and it looks as if the horses don't mind the grass either.

mice, rabbits, eurasian red squirrels... pigeons, crows...
most of those are taken care of by buzzard and hawk though.
