The top and bottom pics would be a lot of work for nothing unless you're into shoulders. The quality on the second pic is is too poor. And the hair and clothing on the 3rd pic would be a nightmare and not worth the effort if you could ever find a donor pic to match (not likely)

I would guess these are blown up to 1600x1200 from 800x600. The quaility of these would be about the minimum for fakes, not the greatest, but okay.
Folks, just a piece of advice, when guidelines are given, please take the pictures around that size, don't blow them up. It doesn't make them any easier to work with, and sometimes makes it more difficult. Please post the pics in their original size. If a faker can work with them, they'll give it a try.

Appreciate the props, but generally head shots like you've posted won't get you much. And it's usually it's only one maybe two fakes per post or girl. As you can tell, most of the fakes have to do with removing clothes rather than photoshopping the girls head into another pic. Sorry, but the rest of your pics most likely will not get done.
