there are only so much we can do we have given the hosters a list of things that need to be done its up to them now. Off course you would now all this if you had prior experience with working on a forum software that is hosted by a company.

Performance reports, for better or worse, are useful to us in assessing the general behaviour of phun.org - we can't depend simply on the experience of Mods/Admins, or those motivated to PM us!
So don't simply become so resigned to things going wrong that it doesn't seem worthwhile mentioning it, report any problems you come across, and be as specific as possible!
And don't hesitate to let us know when things seem better/faster/actually work!

same here dont now what caused or if it is any down time comming up. ISPrime our hosters hasnt mentioned anything about any work they are doing on the site.
