I don't want to be a pain...but how long does it typically take for a moderator to review a submitted thread? Thanks in advance!!

Mods do have a live outside Phun and not all mods have the same rights, as soon as a mod that can approve your thread it will show

If everything's in order, not long at all to review. But if you're wondering how long it takes for someone to come along and notice it in the first place? A minute, an hour. Who knows?

I also wanna know the same , actually i had also started a new thread and till now it is not approved , so what i am thinking is that i had done something wrong thats why my thread was not approved , i just wanna know that if a moderator disapprove the thread will they pm you about that ? so we can know where we had done the mistake , as you can c i am a newbie and may be i had missed any rule but if the mod. simply pm us about our mistake it will be very useful for newbie like us and in future post we will take care of that.

As long it's not against any rule on Phun it will be approved, if mods need to pm every new member then they can't do anything else

Perhaps you did do something wrong Frank. I haven't looked at your posts, so I can't say for sure, but we aren't your parents. The responsibility of posting correctly, and within the guidelines of the board falls in your lap. Not mine, or any of the other "reds". The same goes for all other noobs. Read the rules before posting. They are prominently displayed at the top of every section of the board. There's no excuse, and should be no need for questions like these. Were you to do so, you could save yourself, and us a fair amount of time..

Well JK other than that , if u dont know what u had done wrong then how will you correct it , on my part i know what wrong i had done but i can show an example thread of a senior member here at phun who had done the same , but the problem is if i dont know what the problem is then how can i solve it ? i had read all the rules and compiled my thread according to them , what i think is if you do not want to reply each and every newbie caz i know that is really a pain in ass , simply do not allow them to create new threads

a) this thread is actually SOLELY intended for those who can`t post at all because for some reasons their accounts haven`t been enabled - they are supposed to klick "thanks" in the initial post and some staff-member will take carse asap.

for ALL other issues use the forum-issue-thread (or talk to any active mod via PM)

b) in your case, frank4u: oron is still banned. one of those many, many questions that could easily be avoided by reading the rules FIRST.
