(CNN) -- South Korea midfielder Park Ji-Sung has confirmed his immediate retirement from international football.

The Manchester United star won his 100th international cap at the Asian Cup last week, as South Korea lost on penalties to eventual winners Japan in the semifinals.

If he was a particualy respected and loved player he would get 3/4/5 times the respect shown and effort put into his depature report.

What about the prick Man City supporter who had 'Manchester City 2011 Champions League Winners' tattoo'd on his arm last year?

They came 5th and didn't even make it into the Champions League!!!

I keep forgetting. We still have the money from Juventus for Alberto Aquilani to come at the end of the season.

He's still a Liverpool player. I wonder if Dalglish will try and get some proper football out of him or just go for the cash?

Be real interesting to see what happens with Aquaman next season, didnt play much for Liverpool but when he did show some nice touches. I feel Liverpool will sell him, especially with Meireles now at the club.
