If you guys are bored here's MY theory on what went down with the leaks:
First, we have to go back to that frightful night back in February when Chris "allegedly"
assaulted his then girlfriend Rhianna after leaving the 2009 Grammys together. In a written statement taken from the battered R&B singer to officers regarding the events of the night, Rhianna claimed an argument ensued between her and Mr.Brown after she confronted him about a text message she noticed on his phone from one of his "former girlfriend".
Rhianna's official statements were leaked to the public after a copy of the affidavit was sent along with a search warrant for phone records to Brown's cellphone company. However, the documents did not go into exact detail as to the contents of the message from Brown's former lover, but given her angered response after reading it and Chris' subsequent aggravated actions, one could conclude it was either an invitation to engage in a future affair behind Rhianna's back or a reference about one that had already occurred.
What happened next that night Rhianna claims was the catalyst to Brown's barrage of fists and what I'm theorizing is where we got our leak...
Currently, Brown's attorneys are trying to have the assault case against him thrown out because a picture of a battered Rhianna was somehow leaked to TMZ even though Ms. Fenty requested that the police reports related to this incident be kept confidential, and a Request for Confidentiality of Information was completed. Most thought that her request to keep everything under wraps was due to her celebrity status and embarrassment over photos that showed her face battered, bloody and bruised. But what if it was for something more...
Rhianna told police that she was so outraged at the contents of the text message she read on her boyfriend's phone from his ex that she "threw" his phone out of the window while the vehicle was still in motion. Fenty goes on to say that once she did that Chris started to punch her in the face with his right hand while still driving his Lamborghini with his left hand. After he then threatened to "beat the shit out of her" once they got home, she pretended to call her assistant so she could call the police and have them waiting at their home when they arrived. Not wanting to be arrested, Brown decided to not go directly home and instead turned down a side street where he stopped his car. Rhianna managed to take his keys out of the car and throw them out of the window. Their argument escalated and neighbors warned the couple that they had called the police which prompted Chris to leave on foot, leaving his key-less Lambo behind.
So here's my theory:
After looking through Chris' phone she finds
nude pictures of Cassie in his inbox. The same nude pictures we have been assaulting certain parts of our anatomies over the last 48 hours. He gets angry and demands his phone back and Rhianna responds by throwing his phone out the window not realizing at the time that he also had nude pictures of her (these leaked pictures) in there as well. Which explains why she wanted an Order of Confidentiality on the case and also why his "former girlfriend" was never named and the contents of the "text message" were never divulged. Also, this explains why a Search Warrant for Chris' phone records was filed.
Someone must of stumbled onto Chris' cell phone on the ground somewhere in Hollywood and found the nude photos of Cassie and Rhianna. Which explains why the pictures weren't tagged with some hackers mark or someone's site. The guy must not of known how to market the photos properly and couldn't find anyone to buy them so he just decided to post them on the internet, royalty free.
A few months, ago a bunch of sites reported that nude photos of Cassie
AND Rhianna were being shopped around
TOGETHER which means they were either both taken from the same devise or the same account. In fact just yesterday a Cassie fan site talked about the photos they were shown of Cassie and Rhianna nude a few months ago and predicted that since the unnamed person had decided to release the Cassie photos that we should expect the Rhianna photos to be released soon. He even went as far as to say "Mark my words". A claim we now know to be true.
Additionally, Cassie never said who her nude photos were for. She simply said they were "private" and not meant to be shown to the public. That's because she didn't want to implement Chris as the "private" person the pictures were meant for.
Also, as RobbyR mentioned, if you look at the Cassie's photos you can see she's wearing two chains, nipple rings and a tattoo on her inner arm. Half her head isn't bald so we know they must of been taken at least longer then a few weeks ago. If you look at her spread in Complex last August you can see she's wearing the same jewelry and sporting the same tattoo. So the pictures may have been taken around the same time. Coincidentally, last August a rumor started to circulate that Cassie was pregnant with...don...don...don... Chris Brown's baby. The rumors were never confirmed and Cassie never had any children but the timing seems about right.
A final piece to my hypothesis is the fact that the very first place Chris was spotted at after being accused of beating the hell out of Rhianna was none other then P.Diddy, aka
Cassie's beau's, House. Perhaps he was doing a little confessing or trying to tell Diddy the situation before the media could?
