You have a sharp eye, my friend! The head is a fake but also not a fake at the same time. It's Ricci's head from a different image placed over the one in the bikini shot. However, the boobs is a FakeRay done with a nude shot of her jugs. The pubic area was donated by another actress - Sarah Lancaster.
