It's between #3 and #4 for me;
3 has great colors to it, I like the border and the effects in the background accent it well. I don't however care for the text or the color of the extra set of legs, I think it would have been more effective if it was under the same light source as the background showgirls.
4 has fantastic composition, innovative text work, and brilliant colors and blending. I don't however like the lacking border, I know there's the low opacity 2 bars but they aren't bold enough to constitute a border to me. I think even just a 50% opacity navy blue 1px border would have topped it off perfectly.
In the the end I have to give it to #4! Good work this week guys!

I forgot that SOTW was still around. Glad to see it is.
I voted 4, totally stood out. I wouldn't be surpsired to see something of that quality on a billboard.
