I almost went with #1 for the neats effects (blur), but the font used in #2 and its text placement won me over.

Sig 1
Very nice lighting on this one, and very good triple use of the render, it doesn't look disjointed or repetitive at all. The text is also really nicely placed, and even though I'm not (typically) a fan of that 'spaced out' look for text, I think this works out really well. I also like the little "wavy" things beside her head, as well as the tiny pen stroke to the left of her, I've never been able to pull that effect off.

Sig 2
Simple yet effective on this one, not much in terms of effects but it's clear there's been some nice application of Topaz, and the border is a nice touch as well, although I think it could have used a 1px thin light grey on the outer most edge, just to make it stand out a little more on the Phun page.

Overall, I had to go with Sig 1 on this one, very good start to this awesome competition guys!
