Dawkin's is great to listen to
I just had a thought after seeing the above video, superstitious(religious) people might not have the mental or physical faculties to become atheistic... The complexity might be beyond their comprehension. Their individualism and will might be consisted of so shallow a facade, that the actuality and reality of atheistic (permanent) death could destroy their confidence in living. I know it did to me for a time, but I got over it. Other I know were not so fortunate. Reality can be very harsh.
That's what religion is all about really, eternal life. Take a few moment to look at the words "eternal life"
Doesn't that make you feel better? less afraid of death?
I suppose I prefer truth to blissful ignorance.

Well worth the time. It had more than a few things I didn't know.

Most days I don't feel like a chemical accident, so design by a higher intelligence seems feasible. But where did the higher intelligence come from? I also believe any intelligent design WOULD allow for change into to maintain congruence with the environment.
Mostly, neither explanation makes a hell of a lot of common sense!

Nice thread, one thing which I find crazy is vaccines, I used to be completely in support of them, but the more you enter into the rabbit hole the more it turns the world on it's head.
