    Do you think Socrates or Plato (not Dana) would post a bunch of fuckin' youtube videos? This thread has no intellectual merit. And, oh shit, since I responded to it neither do I... can somebody respond with out a video. For the rest of the page at least.

    Just because youtube is a hotbed for vapid filth, doesn't mean it's totally void of intellectually stimulating content. I imagine if Socrates or Plato were alive today they would have adapted to the world they were presented with and used current mediums to present their ideas to the masses.

    If you think that these videos are devoid of ideas, questions or imaginative responses then you haven't watched any of them.

    I suggest that you are another armchair intellectual, pretends to read a lot, pretends to have deep, remarkably insightful ideas on everything...does nothing but criticise.

    If you think that these videos are without merit and wish to see more discussion about them then watch them one at a time and present your points, I will gladly discuss your findings and ideas with you.

    Oh, and Plato, Socrates? Do you think that dropping the names of a few ancient philosophers (that I would wager you have never read a single word of) means anything today? There are as many smart and strong minded critical thinkers alive today, more so I would suggest, than were ever alive in their day.
