I've always thought they could do a no-nonsense, gangster Penguin. In the books for the last 13-14 years or so, Penguin's been more of a gangster, with a nightclub as a front. None of the gimmicky crap.

They could easily continue the gangster themes by having a new guy take over who doesn't take anybody's bullshit and will kill you in a second if you fuck up, everyone calls him the Penguin due to his stature. Don't need any of the trick umbrellas. Maybe he could carry one like a cane like Ducard did in Begins. But I think they could make it work.

I really want Marion Cotillard as Talia. I think that'd be awesome casting choice and it'd help the movie tie back to the first

"The Dark Knight Rises" huh? I prefer "Gotham City"... Nonetheless, it'll be an excellent movie and epic conclusion to the trilogy.
