  3. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    248 weekly (almost) competitions, 6 years, and now it's finished.

    I've been doing this now since 2010 when I took over after Sid who had no time for it anylonger, and to tell you the truth I was having problems to schedule time for it myself lately, but somehow I managed to.. anyway, the huge interest in this made me think it was time for something different. so I suppose it was the right time to close it down now.. maybe if interest in making signatures increase in the future this competition will spring to life again, but until then it'll lay here hibernating and dreaming of weeks from the past.

    A huge thank you to all the artists who have laid down so much time and hard work in this rather meaningless competition just for the heck of it, without you this would never happened in the first place, and a big thanks to those before me who took the time to manage all the polls, and finally, thanks for the trust in me to host the polls for so long.

    Anyway, I will keep this artistic thing going in a new competition, Signature Of The Month, which will start next month with a week long poll in the start of the month, and then you all can have another 3 weeks to make something new for next months poll. and it will also free time for me too so...
