The Vatican :

Ridley Scott is set to direct his first-ever TV pilot.

The Alien director will helm a new project at Showtime called The Vatican.

The show is billed as a “a provocative contemporary thriller about spirituality, power and politics – set against the modern-day political machinations within the Catholic church. The series will explore the relationships and rivalries as well as the mysteries and miracles behind one of the world’s most hidden institutions". Paul Attanasio (House) wrote the script.

The Vatican is just ordered as a pilot at this stage, but tough to imagine Showtime shelving a project after Scott directing the first episode.

In Season 1 Episode 4 of "Homeland", Seagent Brody met with Carrie at a rainy night, he said "Let us hold a private meeting of two here,how's that sound?", Carrie said "Tempting".
From the learner's point of view, isn't "how's that sound" wrong?
Do you Americans often speak sentences like that in your daily life?It makes us outsiders very difficult to understand.

I cannot recall anytime in the recent past where I was watching something on TV and came this close to actually throwing up. I didn't, but a bit of bile came up whilst viewing this trailer for the first time on TV.

I don't expect much from any television program nowadays. Arrow isn't too bad tho.
