    IMO, your English is not the equal of some here, and might be cause for some miscommunication or conveyance of emotion that is not there.

    Rule is : Video must be better then approximately 50% previous version posted !

    How the rule applies.

    As we know teleology approved now. 720p better then 480p

    &

    1080p better then 720p

    these parameters are approximately 50% above from each other resolutions.

    and we all know about that these parameters was not in past. like in nighties [1990 to 1998] .

    that time the highest video resolution are 480p.

    Videos i have been posted last day those are from nighties [1990 to 1998].

    i bet nobody can find these videos in HD . these rules applies on the sites how are releasing different types of versions.

    therefor the difference must be different each time and resolutions must be changed.



    720 By 408 better then "512x288"


    768 By 576 better then "640x480"


    if i am wrong. my views are not correct.

    As for those 2 posts, they are hosted by different hosts, they probably should have been merged at the time, but since both hosts are dead, no point now.
