I'm curious. Are there any HQ twitpics? Does anyone expect to see an HQ twitpic? In the case of twitpics is it necessary to make that distinction? I know the Celeb Forum Rules say if a pic(s) is/are not HQ [or better] you should mention the fact in the thread title.....

However CAI, is this really something you should make an issue out of? Seriously?

I'll jump in here. The celeb rules do have requirement for titles to mention the pic quality if not HQ, and this applies to Twitpics as well, some of them do come HQ, so those threads aren't exempt from being labelled.

Edited the title, I did speak to that user earlier today re his thread titles, because this isn't the first time, so will keep an eye on his future topics.
