These 1st 2 guys are the same probably the 3rd too.

When are you gonna ban Cuncon2011 permanently, already.
He keeps coming back & doing the shame thing.
He makes the maximum number of posts per day (99.9% of which he steals from my blog - yeah I know you don't give a fuck about me or my stupid blog), and when that doesn't generate enough revenue he starts using multiple user IDs.

What's the point of posting here if it immediately gets buried under tons of old videos that have already been posted in every resolution multiple times already.

I know you're gonna say the IPs are different, and I suppose it's possible that 2 different people w/ the same post style who only post videos stolen from my blog is just a coincidence, but I doubt it.

Not that I want to necessarily defend the mods and Phun itself - hell, I agree with most of what you're venting about.

Problem is, with the whole filehosting situation in flux, mods chose the most open choice right now in allowing any/all filehost provided you use mandatory filehosts as well. Not the ideal solution as you can see and reported already - hell there's been a TON of reposting going on, but that was going to happen when the door is left wide-open to filehosts. Sucks, but until there's a change, quality posters will just have to deal with it.

no "objections" towards you venting. i have no real reason not to belive you, but that`s not enough to take action.

yes, all IP´s are totally different. none has been shared by others, not even close.
who doesn`t "steal" from other sources here - except those creative-backyard-contributors and those few who post their own edits of vids?

if you have evidence that someone uses your work (caps, links) and posts that here as his "own work" - pass that to us mods and we`ll try to help / stop that.

You've got to understand that this has been going on for a long time and he's already been banned for the same stuff before.
He is literally using my blog as a one stop shop for all his posting needs. I'm not talking about the occasional video I'm talking about almost every single video he posts I made.
How can I prove it? I don't tag my videos because I hate tags, but when I post a video and 2 hrs later a video the exact same size & the exact same length shows up here what do you think is going on. Now all of the sudden "another guy" shows up doing the exact same thing. I've got no problem with people posting my videos here, but he's literally trying to make a career out of it. Just look @ the video he posted (that I linked to) then go to my blog and see for yourself. I could go through all his/their posts link to the 90+% stolen from me and you'd see, but you're not going to and I don't blame you that's a lot of work. You can ban him, you can ban me for writing this if you wanted to. It's just so frustrating, I assume you think I'm over exaggerating, but I'm not. He could be stealing from a wide variety of sources, but instead he just steals from me. It's just dickish behavior to the extreme and there's nothing I can do about it.
