Saw the fake picture. Miley's breasts has certainly grown lately, but to think they have become as large as in the fake photo would be impossible. It would have been a "miracle growth". That anybody would think the photo was real is beyond me.

Another hint that it was a fake could have been that those breasts started where a normal person usually has her belly button. Even twice her weight and 5 times her age breasts would never hang so deep like in that picture.
