get a slice of Leberkaese, fry it in a pan (with a little cooking fat), put it into the Semmel, add some (sweet, preferrably) mustard - eat.

goes well with cold, dry white wine, not only beer!
That looks very tasty. In the USA the nearest equivalent would be a fried bologna sandwich, a longtime favorite of mine.

I'll be making this tonight and it is quite tasty. It's a stuffed pork chop.

Two center cut pork chops (I prefer bone - in because it makes for a lager pocket)
1/4 cup each of baby spinach, arugala, and grated mozzarella cheese
    1 clove of garlic
    Montreal steak seasoning
    Coarse ground black pepper
    Seasoned salt

In processor break down spinach, arugala, garlic and mozzarella just before being a paste. Set aside.
With a knife, cut a pocket into each chop.
Stuff the chop with the spinach mixture and tie with twine. ( Skewers can also be used.)
Coat wit Steak seasoning, pepper and salt to taste.

Place on a hot grill to sear and move off the heat. Slow grill chops until desired doneness, atleast 165*F (Depends on the thickness of the chops.)
    Served best with roast potatoes.

    ENJOY!!!

    A Frigid Production. Awesome Bro!!!!

My take on Chicken Cordon Bleu

    Six boneless skinless chicken breasts
    Six slices of prosciutto
Six slices of Aged Swiss ( I have used cheddar/mozzarella)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Stub's Chile-Lime Chicken Rub

Between two pieces of plastic gently, pound breasts into pieces large enough to be slightly larger than prosciutto and cheese slices. Generously coat with Chile-Lime rub, salt and pepper. Grill till almost done and let cool for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400*F. Take chicken and cover with prociutto and cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!

    Redneck Turtle Burgers

Handmade ground beef patties, topped with sharp cheddar cheese, wrapped in a bacon weave, then the next step,
add hotdogs as the heads, legs with slits for toes and tail.

Next step. Place on an oven rack, covered loosely with foil and baked for 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees. A little crispy, not too crunchy.

Here's one Camille can do indoors.

    Boiled BBQ Potatoes

    Take one can of V-8
One Bottle of fave BBQ sauce (12 - 16 oz)
    Salt and Pepper to taste
2-5 lbs of potatoes. I prefer red new potatoes but chose your fave.

Get everything but taters to a rolling boil. Add taters and bring back to a boil.
Cover and simmer until taters are tender but not mushy.

    Enjoy Y'all!!!!

Ok .... I'll add one here. My Mom calls it a Plantation cake. Lol, not sure why. It's an easy dessert anyone can do in just a few minutes.
    U need:
1 large can of cherry pie filling
1 box of yellow cake mix (like Duncan Hines)
1 stick of butter ( no margarine in this one yall )
    1 small can crushed pineapple

alright, I use an 8x8 glass baking dish.
spoon pie filling into dish first.
add about 3/4 of the cake mix on top of that. (I throw the rest away...its too much)
cut butter into pats and distribute evenly on top of that.
drain pinapple as best u can and spread on top.
put in a 325 degree oven for about an hour. I usually check for doneness at about the 50 min mark with a toothpick.
let it cool a bit and enjoy =)
Vanilla ice cream goes great with it...and its really easy yall

Seeing Sonic's above, I'll add a 'legit' one...

    Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa dessert

    1 Cup of Flour
    1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Fruit Cocktail with the heavy syrup
    1 Tbsp. of butter.

Stir it all together and bake at 350 degrees until golden and bubbly.

Bonus points for the movie this was featured in.
