Yep, just had a look thru the 720p and it IS a body double. If nothing else the double's skintone is tanned, while Kate is milky-silky white

In the bed scene at the end she's not even topless, as evidence by these pics :/ Danm prude she is :S

She has stated she would not do the movie without a no nudity clause.

It just possibly could be a body double if it isn't really her in those shots where nudity may or may not be shown and another person was used (perhaps).

If you scrutinize the images very carefully, I think you'll find that Ms. Beckinsale was using a stand-in for her nudes scenes in this film. In other words, the nudity was provided by an actress other than Ms. Beckinsale. In the movie business, this stand-in is sometimes referred to as a "body double." I hope that eliminates some of the confusion I'm seeing in this thread.
