my guess is the same reason the Cindy Crawford never had that mole taken off. It's something that makes her not so perfect little pin-up and helps her stand out from the other cookie cutter singing bimbos that are out there. Could it be fixed? of course. Does it NEED to be fixed? NO, if something doesn't bother you and isn't a medically required thing to have fixed or you die then why mess with. Just my opinion though, take it for what it's worth, and on the internet that isn't a whole heck of a lot.
