I do avoid leagues that leave trade reviews to the league as a whole, because unless it is a league amongst friends, (even then, tho) almost every single trade will be rejected because, I don't know, other teams do not feel like seeing their competition improving itself, while they are still clawing to every win/loss with only the players they drafted to depend upon.
I agree completely. Sounds to me like we have a fair Commish and the rest of the league understands the problems that can arise from lop-sided transactions. BRING ON THE SEASON!!

For those that still seek a spot, we have team openings for 1 (or 3) more willing managers.
Please only sign up if you are going to legitimately vy to take the championship away from all competitors, and then chuckle heartily in all challenger's faces that you are indeed the best fantasy player who has ever lived.

Additionally, to those few of you that have noted that the current draft date does not work for you.
Please, offer up another, specific date that works for you, and presumably, will work for most all other members of the league (most of which reside in N. America, along the time zones of -8 to -5 GMT).

I will take all draft dates & times into consideration, and once I receive at least 3-4 different suggestions, allow for a poll and community vote to decide the eventual (new) draft date. If you do not try to persuade, or even offer another solution, then the draft will proceed as originally scheduled.

I realize not every person plays by the rules. Therefore, trading picks and players does seem like the most convenient way for one team to gain a significant advantage over all others. However, I will most likely be more free to check the league daily and answer any questions that can arise, and if for whatever reason, I am not able to, I do plan, before the season is to start, to appoint a co-commish, a fallback league manager, just to have all areas of the field of play covered.
Sounds like a great plan to me Jet, can't wait for the new season to begin!

Borrowed mine from the title of a truly great movie and Kelly is my name so not too tough a task even for a brain-dead sort like myself..

Just take the time (even 30 minutes will help) to customise your pre-ranked players, and those players you absolutely know you do not want on your team - banish them from being drafted (you can add all kickers and DEF to that list if you want as well, to ensure that you are not one of those few absentees that drafts their kicker in the 8th rd).

    Good luck, creeps.

Draft starting NOW!! Oh yeah! I figured the rest of the league needed an advantage so I chose to pick last (10th)! Wish me luck!!!!

I thought I had a pretty good draft. Got more of what I wanted rather than settled. Good luck to all!!!

Went with a different strategy for this one, should be interesting. Also, new team name in honor of a guy who will hopefully be comeback player of the year: Medulla Amendola!
