    No, you really can't. The image is incredibly grainy, and when adjusting the gamma, I get an insane amount of compression artefacts, that I'd dare say we'd never know if we were looking at the real deal, or just noise and wishful thinking.

    Here are some random pictures (with potential) of Emma Watson I have lying around... I just started xraying last night but am having trouble enhancing the critical areas with dodge and burn, I've looked around for a decent tutorial on youtube but most are BS. There's definitely some left nipple action going on in the set where she's sitting in a chair.

    Best advice I can give a newbie is to NOT use dodge & burn to reveal details. I'd only recommend you use the basics - Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, and Hue adjustments, as these affect the entire area where dodge & burn affect only where you're rubbing the mouse pointer, and can easily make things look like they are present when they are not. I only use them on my enhanced images to add more realistic shading. Learn how to manipulate the light & details that are present but hidden. Remember, not all images can be x-rayed, and the exact techniques will vary based on the clothing color, lighting, etc. Light or white colors often need the saturation reduced and the brightness dropped, while dark or black need more contrast & brightness.

    No matter what, for a good x-ray, you need light to bounce off the skin and be picked up by the camera, that's why paparazzi pics are usually best as it's a very hot flash that penetrates better. Also, find the highest quality you can to work with - the smaller they are the more likely they have been highly compressed, and have .jpg artifacts (looks like squares when brightness & contrast is cranked up). Often these artifacts can be mistaken for actual hidden details. Anther way to get a good x-ray result is with thin material that is tight over the body, and you can reveal the details underneath based on the light bouncing off the surface.
