First of all it's been banned that drinking is not allowed while driving. Still ppl drink and drive . They don't understand core values of driving. I think special lessons should be taught to the one's who genuinely drink a lot. There are special tutorials given to the people and it is must for them. So stop drinking and drive cautiously.
