Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Is it just post count that warrants a color change? vBulletin has a built-in promotions system where users can automatically change or be added to usergroups after so many posts. Then nobody would have to manually change it. Or am I missing some other aspect to it?

    Just post count: 1500, 3K, 6K, 10K, 30K, 50K, 100K (choice of color). If there is a way to do it automatically it would already be in use, or so I assume.

    It's been a while since I've done it and it might depend on how you use usergroups behind the scenes. But, generally, you could specify that a certain usergroup get specific markup surrounding their name (to change the color) then use the promotion system to add them to that usergroup when they get n posts.

    Btw, feel free to tell me to shut up if my suggestions get annoying. I realize that admins might not have the control panel permissions to change much or you might not want to mess with something already working.

However, this particular thread is not really the place for this sort of topic to be pursued in detail. That said, whenever you see a subject that you can offer info or insight on, please speak up. If someone wishes to delve into it perhaps they'll find a different, mutual venue in which to explore it.

    This is ridiculous forcing DF as required file host. Form 10 post in last 2 days I have to re up 6. Mod told me that this is for the good of the free user!? What good is that if they can't get any new stuff and even some old one.
    Now you have bunch of mega threads with stolen, recycled low quality videos from the mass posters in celeb vid board. Most lq repost and renamed files in porn like manner.
    Since they are all now cash filehost mass posters don't care which one until it pays $. Some ppl are lured to by DF premium jugging from the comments and they are quite rude when the links are down, no thanx for the video edit. They pay for DF and expect DF links? BTW, I don't get them DF premium is just good here, if this is good, you can't get any movie, show, game even porn ... on DF any more anywhere. Guess why?

    Don't use DF, use shareonline or hotfile for the time being. Meanwhile, we're looking at other hosts we can add. As for your issues with reposters, report them and we'll take care of it from there.

    well, right now here it`s all or none, not usergroup-based. changed the setting to 60mins. for now.

    help is always appreciated, no matter how "powerful" mods/admins here are actually. there`s always Cayne in charge to handle everything ;)
