  3. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    What problems are you having with it? Are there new ghost posts?

    I've found it to be working alright. Getting results that show older posts so the re-indexing of posts to the new platform seems to have worked properly.

    I'm OK with the new look but it seems there is a lot of white unused space in every click. Like a big white ocean with small type is the only way I can describe it. Maybe my default settings which I don't know how to change are screwy.

    Can I mark all messages in a given forum as "read"? It appears that with the new update, threads that I had already read prior to the update appear with a bold font.

    Is the default for Searching text in the body of the post and/or the title? I tried looking for "Hardx" and came up empty after Dec 16, 2016 but found one post earlier today, even after another search.

    It should search the whole post unless you check the box to search titles only.

    You can try Hardx -and- Hard-X -or- Hard*x to cover all the variables

    cayne says he's looking into alternative skins and colour schemes, but in the meantime if you're browsing with Firefox, press the control key and simultaneously scroll up. That may help? (Scrolling down has the opposite effect)
    I don't know whether other browsers have a similar facility?
