Really? Worst excesses of the press? It's one guy snapping pics with a long-range lens from probably a half-mile away (or whatever that is in kilometers to, well, the rest of the world). I'd hardly call that excessive. Maybe when you're a royal you shouldn't go sunbathing topless.

Also, I think we can all think of an occasion in Diana's life that featured the press acting in quite a bit more excessive manner...

It's simple - if you don't want to have pics taken of you with your top of DON"T TAKE YOUR TOP OFF OUTSIDE!!!! It's not like they paps sharked her and ripped her top off to take the pics. Expectation of privacy is not a guarantee. She chose to take her top off and air out the royal hooters.
