    however the see through is photoshopped on a dolce & gabana perfume ad ;)

    the face yes ... it's hard to say for sure on a pic this tiny but the hairs seems to indicate it's a fake

    Yes, something like this is photoshopped in such a way that they just take another pair of tits and superimpose them on another image. However, you can "x-ray" certain images to bring out different layers i.e. nipples by playing about with levels, colour burn etc. in photoshop. This can only be done in specific circumstances though, and not if the person is wearing a bra or thick clothing.

    It appeared in the November 2006 issue of Allure magazine based on the versions of this pic that I have. The background on your pic has been altered, but not the Scarlet part aside from some more hair that likely proved too difficult for the editor to keep when changing the background.
