    We had a frigging drought last summer and this summer the lake by where i live is 15 feet above normal water level, we've been getting hammered

    all the reservoirs in my are are damned up so they can be drained, even some of the lakes can be drained relatively fast in my area. I am surprise that they didn't have a working system to drain it out efficiently before considering this probably wasn't the only time it has flooded before.

    Yea, i'm not real sure, i haven't heard of it flooding before, and technically it hasn't flooded any residences yet, just the shores around the lake itself
