    I disagree, Miley had big puffy areolas in that Terry Richardson shoot 4 years ago and they usually get bigger and less puffy as women age not smaller. The darker shade of her areolas could just be the different lighting (Richardson shoot used a bright strobe) for the shoot and the editing done to the overall contrast, saturation, etc.
