    This was a live episode entitled "A New Year's Resolution Walks into a Bar" (03E10). This was indeed in the episode, but only during the East Coast version (as common in live episodes, there was a second take for the West Coast). I remember when Hulu and NBC hosted this version on their site, they cut out the shot showing the pic on her phone.

    As for the origin of the pic, no, it's not her. It's from some video. People found it on a subreddit thread, but the links are now dead.
