Without question, the Best Amateur Asian Video I've Ever Seen

I hear ya. I've been trying to d/l these too, and both the original 3 files and also the 10 separate files, and NONE of them work. I only get bits and pieces. If anyone can get this working please u/l it to something that can handle a file size this large, like megaupload or megarotic?

 

why do people waste our time with .mov files

 

Yes - I second that. PLEASE post on megaupload or megarotic with a single file. I will take me 2 days to download all the parts off RS. Thank you!

Well, I've got almost every codec known to man, in addition to a wide variety of video viewing, conversion, capping and editing tools. I've grabbed the first 5 files and there appear to be different problems with each of them.

File 1 appears to be fine
File 2 can't play because it's looking for an AVI file
File 3 plays about 2 mins of video (then freezes) and 2:30 of audio
File 4 is audio only
File 5 is blank until about 2:57 in, then has audio/video

So, I don't know if you tried to split the files and there were troubles, or if they just came this way. In any case, the files are totally unusable as is. They are unviewable and therefore unjoinable.

PS - I tried these files in everything including QT Pro, Media Player Classic 6.4, VLC media player, Bink&Smacker, WinAVI, ImTOO mov convertor, All Media Fixer, Canopus ProCoder, and even Adobe Premiere (with cleaner). Same problems in every program.

 

I'm really sorry for all the problems. I'm on a Mac and all the files play just fine for me with Quicktime. No video or audio problems at all.

 

since they work for you, could you encode as some other format like avi or mpg?

Perhaps you can repost the links to the original 3 files. I have 1 & 2 but can't get anything until I get 3. At this point - I do not care that there is a error mid-way through. I will take what I can get!! Thanks!

 

It's not just a problem mid-way. There is a problem pretty much ALL the way. There is a multitude of problems that everyone seems to have except the original poster, so, the only thing we can do is wait for someone to get these working on a PC and then re-up everything. It seems like the problem is the transition from a MAC to a PC. I really have no idea.

 

It's not perfect in what way? Does this at least include everything that is shown in the original post's screen caps?

 

No - the file is the abridged version. . . Regardless, it is still very good.

Ok, I feel terrible about all the problems everyone is having. This video is really incredible and I want people to be able to enjoy it. I've tried everything else - let's see if this works.

These are the original files I downloaded from a site that apparently no longer has them. They're in 2 .zip files totaling 170 MB or so. Hopefully someone can edit them together and make one long video that everyone can download, watch, and....spend some quality time with.
