i got extreme winter gear. I am all set, I do hunt up in modoc where it gets -10 degrees and the daily highs are 10 degrees.

 

Yea, and we might be in trouble with the three per day if you knock down 5 in one shot

 

I'd be up for brining my 4-season tent down and just camping out. That would kick ass.

Yea, I'm not concerned where we sleep, I will have to get some extreme cold weather gear though

in zero degree weather you expect us to rough it out like that? Sheesh man i want to be at least somewhat comfortable.

You damn straight it will be a whole lotta phun.

But with the limits set the way they are we can't go opening week, i want to be able to "fabricate" if i have to and say the 12 birds in my possession is from hunting 4 days straight, not just from that morning's hunt.

Also is there a place we can go to 'hide" these birds so our daily limit never seems to be limited? I am a bit greedy as you all can see. The way i see it any extra birds i can send back home will go to feed the hungry. namely me for the entire year!

 

i think i have a zero degree sleeping bag, but man i know montanna gets alot colder than ZERO degrees at night

 

btw i take back both the banned and permabanned comment i directed towards you two earlier.

Not that i am unethical or greedy, but these are NON-indigenous birds. I am speaking from a purely ecological standpoint of course.

 

3 weeks away and you will get your chance, who knows if this pheasant trip pans out i might just throw the game for you.

I am really surprised that the bag limits are so low. The pheasants are overpopulated in those areas...badly.
