not to bad, just stuck fixing a project that a guy worked on just before he left, apparently he wasn't to concerned about accuracy his last couple months

 

I've had that problem myself. I had a guy to leave here 1 1/2 weeks prior to a system go-live. He was supposed to have configured 2 servers and about 15 workstations. He left and hadn't done shit - needless to say I worked several hours that week and weekend to get it ready. Some people just don't give a shit.

I see you all are trying to get a hunting trip together - sounds like a great time. I could never get away with something like that - to much $ for a personal trip

 

Yea, right now with no kids the wife is pretty flexible about that kind of stuff, I guess she hopes I get it out of my system by the time we have kids

 

Before my 2nd I took 3 trips a year. I golfing trip with about 30 other guys to the gulf coast- that was a blast. We took a deep sea fishing trip in early spring and late fall - always great. We'd catch b/t 400 and 600 pounds depending on how many went. Red Snaper, grouper, and trigger fish all good white meat easy to grill, drop in a frydaddy or whatever you want. Damn good eating.

 

Those would be some good trips

 

Yep, maybe in a few more years I'll be able to start heading back out - I especially miss the fishing trips.

 

Actually I don't have to beg The mrs in her mid/later 30's as well. Once they hit 34-35 they start getting their sexual appetite back:mrgreen:

Yeah, I was talking with Tex earlier this a.m. Don't think I could get away with that just yet. Little to much $ with airfare and whatnot for me to spend on a personal trip. Sounds like a hell of a trip though, thanks for asking.

I am assuming you have the proper gear and supplies, all you need is airfare (around 300 bucks) and some lodging and food money.

3 kids, mortgage, 2 car payments, utility bills - hell, I barely got 400 to 500 a month left over and that's before gas, cigs, and beer. Both my cars payoff in about 8 or 9 months though, I'll be in much better shape next year
