RULES
1. Use the ]SEARCH function. Do this first before starting any thread to avoid repost. A thread is considered a repost if the images/articles therein:
- still exist in the original thread
- are of equal or lower quality than the images in the original thread
2. Do not resurrect old threads. Do not comment on threads that are more than 2 weeks old, unless you have new materials to add.
3. No Playboy Material, No PLAYBOY material of any kind can be posted on the Forums. Any other banned materials in these forums can be found in the Rules in the stickys of each Section. Check them out regularly.
4. No Illegal Porn. This includes bestiality or any erotic pictures involving animals and any under-age porn. (Tera Patrick in school uniform is not under-age porn, dumbass!). Also thread titles may not insinuate underage pornography although the model is of age. Anyone found posting these materials will have their IP address logged and any other information held by Phun.org will be forwarded to the poster’s mother.
5. No Flaming. While we accept good-natured name-calling, teasing, ribbing, jokes, and occasional heated arguments in the forums, we will not tolerate derogatory flames and gratuitous racial and religious insults. Such posts will be deleted on sight and moderated accordingly. If you flame a moderator or admin immediate account suspension will ensure. If you are a long-standing member, lead by example, and assist the newer members. Its good for your karma and you will not live as a cockroach in the next life.
6. No Signature Abuse. All signatures must be no bigger than 450 X 150(this includes texts in your sig area as well). DO NOT link off-site in signatures UNLESS you own the site. Phun Forums already has display ads to help cover the running costs, so please do not annoy our members by making your signatures into some sort of web ad (if you want to advertise, PM cayne). No Darkwars and such shit sigs, too.
7. No Spamming. This determination is made by the forum Moderator or Administrator and is not up for discussion.
8. Rules in Section Stickys. There are specific concerns under each Section (i.e., General, Model, Celebrity, Video, and About Phun). Take the time to read them so that you can avoid wasted time and effort in erroneous posts.
9. In the advent your account has been banned you are allowed to make one additional account to pm a mod/admin to clarify your ban. You are only allowed to ask why you are banned and for how long. If you make a single post/thread with this second account the length of ban will be doubled on your main account. Honer your ban period or it may turn from a temporary ban into a permanent ban.
10. Activate your PM! if we can't contact you to tell you of a rule violation you made we will not be able to warn you, your account will be suspended accordingly.

ONE LAST WORD. In the event that you do not see your particular concern addressed here, please feel free to PM any MOD/ADMIN to have your question answered or better still, post it in the About Phun Section, as it might also be helpful to the rest of our members.
Please refer back to this sticky periodically so you can be informed of the modifications to these RULES.

I asked for an zip file is that it would be easier to get those pics in one save instead of having to go through every pic to save individually. Do you see the logic in that? People like me, like to save time in their internet searches.

Like most attorneys we have adendums and clauses to ensure that we cover all our shiny white asses from lawsuits. If a senior member of our board who had read all our rules and adendums to our rules say something the logical thing to do is ask where these rules are posted in case one is blind by all the porn. They will gladly show you. Heck even us mods will show you where those rules are at.

But like you i do believe in saving time so from now on i request everybody send me complete sets of everything they post in my email so i don't have to waste time saving them. Do you see the logic in that? People like me, like to save time in their internet searches.

I was referred here from another forum and I was told that this forum would help me. I guess I am wrong. I thought that humans would help one another, that was sets us apart from animals as it were. I don't understand why you don't allow someone to send zip files with the post they did. This is my :2cent:.

 

Chris, we have a rule that states 20 pics max if it's from a pay-site. If people post zip links with more than the 20 pics, we haven't got time to DL to check they're following the rules and people aren't going to tell us if there's more either. We don't want to see phun get shut-down because of people posting full sets and webmasters sending threats to us, which we've had before.

We have these rules for a reason, and if you really want the full set, PM the person who created the thread and he might be kind enough to provide it. But if we allow full sets across the board, we're leaving ourself in danger of being shutdown. It nearly happened before, and we don't want it to happen again. Thr majority accept this, why can't you? It seems that you take issue with every rule we have. Why try to be difficult?

 

More rules you make and the content of the rules, this makes it harder for forums to get new members and retain members. In the USA I have the right to say whatever I want within reason (as long as I don't threaten or icites a riot) and ask people for help anywhere even on the net.

 

You don't have the right to do anything when someone else is paying the bills that keeps this site running. Everything you say here is a privilege and not a right. For example, you have the privilege of being a member of this site. However, it is not a right (you can be banned at any time at the mods discretion).

Don't make this out to be anything other than what it is: your self interest above all others. The rules are there for a reason. It's pretty simple: no rules, no phun. No phun, no pics kindly being shared by selfless people willing to put the time and effort into doing so. It's so tiresome seeing people arguing freedom of speech as a callous attempt to prevent themselves having to own up to a mistake. It's also very insulting to the rest of us that can actually distinguish between what freedom of speech actually means and the contexts in which it applies.

Chris, we haven't been adding these rules along to spite people, they've been established for quite a while. The 20 pic rule has been set in place for ages, and we do get some that dislike it, some that have disobeyed it, but the majority have accepted and abided by it. This is phun and these are the rules of phun. If you want to go somewhere else where they have rules more to your liking, you're free to do that. But don't post here criticising what we do, if you want to me a member of phun then you will have to abide by our regulations.

And despite these rules, we still have a solid group of members and guests who view and post in the many threads on offer here. We're not victimising you, but you're not making it easy for anyone on here when you make a habit of knocking what we do here. If you want to go elsewhere, go. You're more than welcome to stay, but you're cutting our patience with your continous whinging.

 

Can someone just delete every non-relevant post in this thread. Totally ruining my chubby.
