    well i was told continental was pretty easy going as long as the gun is in a lock airline approved container.

    Some i think don't allow you to carry it onboard in baggage at all.

    It's no big deal as long as you have a locking case, and don't pack any ammo with it, and obviously it goes as checked baggage.
