    Not sure I understand what you mean.

    I used Topaz AI Gigapixel, though at 4x size the JPEGs blew up to 32mb each, so I had to reduce quality in Photoshop.

    The added artifacts may be what you are referring to.

    In any case, Spiderswims uploaded another one that's also upscaled.

    EDIT: Ah, perhaps we are both misunderstanding each other. I wasn't stating/accusing that the previous uploader had upscaled the images. I was merely stating that I had upscaled the two that I reposted.
